Marcus Bryant is New England bound after spending one season at Mizzou
The NFL Draft is winding down on the final day in Green Bay, but there was still a realistic chance that some more Missouri Tigers’ would get to hear their name called in the later rounds.
Joining offensive tackle Armand Membou (New York Jets) and wide receiver Luther Burden III (Chicago Bears) offensive tackle Marcus Bryant is the third Mizzou Football player to be selected in this year’s NFL Draft. Bryant was selected by the New England Patriots in the seventh round with the 220th overall pick.

Bryant spent one season at Missouri after he was a highly regarded transfer out of SMU where he landed on First Team All-AAC honors in 2023.
While at Mizzou, Marcus Bryant started all 13 games at the left tackle position with a total of 975 snaps — helping the program reach back-to-back 10 win seasons for the first time since 2013-2014.
With the selection of Bryant, Missouri has had three or more players drafted in back-to-back years for the first time since 2015-2016.
