Mizzou Links for Thursday, April 25
Happy NFL Draft Day! Yesterday was a big day for future Tigers as Mizzou Football landed two commitments with the transfer addition of SMU OL Marcus Bryant and 2025 four-star offensive tackle Jack Lange.
Let’s work! https://t.co/l8FonDwt5w

Later tonight, former Mizzou Football Tigers look to have their names to be called at the NFL Draft in Detroit as they get ready to embark on their professional careers. Let’s take a look at some mock drafts.
In his full seven-round mock draft, ESPN’s Jordan Reid has six Mizzou players being selected.
Final 7-Round Mock Draft:
• All 257 picks
• Six trades in Round 1
• Loaded classes at OT and WRhttps://t.co/xt1sCNnkuq— Jordan Reid (@Jordan_Reid) April 23, 2024
- Darius Robinson in the 2nd Round (36th overall to the Baltimore Ravens)
“There isn’t a defensive end in this class who matches the Ravens’ scheme better than Robinson. With an NFL-ready frame at 6-foot-5 and 285 pounds, he has strength, can set a firm edge and is plenty explosive as a pass-rusher. Baltimore checks off a need and gets the best player available on the board.”
- Ennis Rakestraw in the 2nd Round (43rd overall to the Atlanta Falcons)
“Long-term problem? A.J. Terrell is entering a contract year. Short-term problem? The Falcons need an impact player opposite him. Rakestraw can solve both issues. He’s versatile, and his active feet and aggressive play style fit well with the scheme.”
- Javon Foster in the 3rd round (85th overall to the Cleveland Browns)
“The Browns were decimated by injuries last season, and multiple starters were sidelined on the offensive line. How about some insurance in 2024, especially with tackle Jedrick Wills Jr. signed for only one more season? Foster has 41 starts worth of collegiate experience.”
- Kris Abrams-Draine in the 3rd round (92nd overall to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers)
“Trading away Carlton Davis III left the Buccaneers thin at corner. Abrams-Draine can play inside or outside, and he had four interceptions and 11 pass breakups last season.”
- Cody Schrader in the 6th round (180th overall to the New England Patriots)
- Ty’Ron Hopper in the 7th round (226th overall to the Arizona Cardinals)
On Pro Football Focus, they’re also projecting six Mizzou players to be selected.
32 teams. Seven Rounds.

- Information on a Mizzou Hoops transfer target
Leuchten is terrific and I hope Mizzou gets him. An actual rebounding and rim anchor! Would be the first of Gates’ tenure Production stunted by an injury and a DEEP Irvine C rotation, but he’s mega productive. Most impactful player in the Big West, per @EvanMiya‘s BPR https://t.co/qx7Bh4Bgie
