With Alabama upset against Texas A&M, a ranked Aggies team will come to Columbia on Saturday
Well, the Missouri Tigers won their Homecoming game on Saturday. A win is a win at this point, but Mizzou ended their first half of the season with a 3-3 record without playing a ranked team at the time.
That will change this week, as Mizzou will host the No. 21 Texas A&M Aggies on Saturday, the start of four ranked opponents right now the Tigers will face in the second half of their schedule.
A&M is coming off their upset win, 41-38 over No. 1 Alabama Crimson Tide. Not only was it a win over the No. 1 team in the country, but Nick Saban lost a game to a former assistant for the first time in his career, and the Tide’s 100 game winning streak against unranked opponents came to an end.
Alabama and BYU were the only two teams to lose to unranked opponents this week, but Saturday just felt like the best day of the College Football season so far.
