Jake, Adam, and Heather chatted with Memphis Redbirds play by play man Alex Coil! Several topics/players were discussed Michael McGreevy, Jimmy Crooks III, Thomas Saggesse, Andre Granillo, and more! Other fascinating topics like our standard first favorite player question (a very fun and obscure answer) and expansion of baseball as well as what does prep work look like for a broadcaster? Alex chose a classic for his “walk up song” “Renegade” by Styx.
Last week I submitted to listeners a post asking for feedback and I was able to get some really good ones back! I have adjusted the amplitude modulation so the audio should be more consistent across the board for all who speak. I know there was a tendency for my voice to overpower others at times, that has been addressed. We also received some useful feedback of some answers being too drawn out and would cause you to disengage with the content. Therefore, this week’s episode is a more digestible 37 minutes as opposed to the marathon that was previous episodes of an hour and 10 minutes plus and my questions were pre created and more concise so to avoid some of that drag.
