ST. LOUIS – Tony La Russa, the winningest manager in St. Louis Cardinals history, is back for his Celebrate Cardinals Championships charity event this week, set for Wednesday during the MLB All-Star break.
La Russa was a former manager in six MLB All-Star Games. In a one-on-one conversation with FOX 2 Sports Director Martin Kilcoyne on Sports Final, La Russa looks back at his All-Star Game memory and reflects on what it means to players of the past and present.
La Russa also reflects on the careers of Ozzie Smith, Mike Matheny and David Freese.
