Cardinals pitching pipeline has taken steps forward, but still has long rebuild ahead

The St. Louis Cardinals used to have one of the best pitching pipelines in all of baseball, but it crumbled over the last decade. They are starting to see a turn around, but it’s going to take quite a bit of time under Chaim Bloom to fix this.
