LOS ANGELES – The St. Louis Blues have selected dynamic right-wing prospect Justin Carbonneau from the QMJHL’s Blainville‑Boisbriand Armada with the 19th overall pick in the 2025 NHL Entry Draft.
A native of Lévis, Québec, the 18-year-old Carbonneau is 6’1″, 192 pounds. He finished the 2024–25 season with a standout performance, 46 goals and 43 assists in 62 games, placing second in both goals and total points in the QMJHL.
Carbonneau could return to junior hockey next season, but he is also garnering interest from NCAA programs, like Boston College.
The Blues this weekend have only three draft selections. The last two picks are slated for the fifth and sixth rounds on Saturday. The Blues’ second and third round selections were sent to Edmonton as compensation for Philip Broberg and Dylan Holloway. St. Louis traded away its fourth and seventh-round draft choices in separate deals.
