Jordan Binnington and Torey Krug combine to keep the Hawks winless in October.

The Lone Goal of The Game –

Torey Krug scored the only goal between the two teams tonight. The puck was getting passed around a lot but no one was shooting. Krug took it upon himself to fire the puck on net. That puck seemed to deflect off of something(Seth Jones the Hawks savior maybe?) finally beating Marc-Andre Fleury giving the Blues a 1-0 lead.

Usually don’t post the five minute highlight clip, but wanted to show some of the MAF saves from the night. He was the only reason that the Hawks didn’t get blown out by five at least. Stick tap to you sir.

The Blues outshot the Hawks tonight 37-25. Blues won 54.7 percent of the faceoffs and went one for three on the power play.

The three stars of the game were MAF getting the third star with his 36 save performance. Torey Krug got the second star of the night with the only goal. Jordan Binnington’s 25 save shutout earned him tonight’s first star of the game.

Vladimir Tarasenko notched an assist on the Krug goal tonight. He now has a point in his last six. The fourth time he has done that, and the first time since 2018.

Next up for the Blues is Los Angeles in LA. That game will be on TNT.

Brayden Schenn took a hard fall in the third. He didn’t look good coming off the ice. In fact he collapsed in the tunnel. He then made his way back to the bench. He then had to come back off the bench. Well they apparently wanted to make sure he didn’t think today was spaghetti.
